A year ago, I was grinding through some late-night excel work during the peak of busy season. Attempting to make the work feel a little less monotonous, I lit a candle and poured myself a few fingers of whiskey into an old glass from a used-up candle. Naturally my mind drifted away from the excel spreadsheet and the idea came to me to combine those rituals. Not the excel part, just the idea of a slow burn and stiff pour. That was the start of Numora.

Numora is a premium candle designed to belong on a bar cart or the coffee table while your watching football. Each one starts as a dual wood wick candle and ends as a heavyweight whiskey glass you actually want to keep.

Because most candles are designed for someone else. We wanted something that was premium and functional and fits next to a bottle of bourbon. A candle to use now coupled with a glass you use later.

Its simple
1. Once the flame fades, freeze the glass overnight
2. Pop out remaining wax with a butter knife
3. Wash Clean with soap and water
4. Pop in the dishwasher
5. Enjoy your glass with the perfect pour

Numora comes from the Latin word Numen which means divine presence. Numora sounded way better so that's what we went with.
